A lovely breakfast at the shaded, back veranda, before walking to the sea on the house’s private platform.This house, only 30 minutes away from Monemvasia, is your family’s summer dream.
A rare two-storey stone house right on the seaside of amazing Karavostasi near Monemvasia, is the ideal choice for unique vacations!
It accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms & an open-air attic (perfect for kids). Its huge front veranda offers unlimmited sea view and space for dinner parties or sunbathing.
It has 3 A/C in the living areas, and a fire place for the winter days.
The house has 2 bathrooms and an extra outdoor shower - which is a fun choice after swimming for adults and kids!
The verandas of the house are two. The back one ideal for the brekfast time as it has shade during the morning and the big front one, half covered with a pergola for shade, ideal for sunbathing, lunch and dinner parties.
As the access to the sea right in front of the house is from the rocks, we have a platform from where you can enter the sea so easily!
Endless parking space outside the property.
Easy access. Quiet and scenic place.
As the residence has an internal staircase, it is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
