The hotel was nice, located by the waterfront and within walking distance (10–15 minutes) to downtown Moncton. We were upgraded to a larger room, although this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. The room itself was great with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and living area with sofas.
However, there was a catch: instead of the river view we had originally booked, we were placed in a room facing a construction site, which became noisy the next morning. That said, we can’t really complain, as we only stayed for one night.
I reached out afterward to have my rewards account added to the stay, but never received a response. It might not have been possible after checkout, but a reply would have been appreciated.
The breakfast area could use some reorganization to better reflect the standards of a 4.5-star hotel, it felt a bit underwhelming.
Overall, it was a good experience.
