The hotel was nice, located by the waterfront and within walking distance (10–15 minutes) to downtown Moncton. We were upgraded to a larger room, although this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. The room itself was great with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and living area with sofas. However, there was a catch: instead of the river view we had originally booked, we were placed in a room facing a construction site, which became noisy the next morning. That said, we can’t really complain, as we only stayed for one night. I reached out afterward to have my rewards account added to the stay, but never received a response. It might not have been possible after checkout, but a reply would have been appreciated. The breakfast area could use some reorganization to better reflect the standards of a 4.5-star hotel, it felt a bit underwhelming. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The river view was wonderful. We were able to observe the tidal bore from above coming in from a distance away. Easy walk to restaurants along the river boardwalk. This was very convenient as there was major road construction on the main road in front of the hotel.

Terrible property Rude manager and staff Had a completely non working bathroom faucet and shower. Didn’t help and offered 20$ off. Extremely rude service. Asked to go shower in another room lol. Disconnected my phone. Dirty unclean place. Couldn’t sleep all night since was worried of car theft. Very unsafe for families. Dirty carpets. Smelly rooms. Sorry switches. Non working switches.

I had a suite and was beautiful except AC in room didn't seem to work couldn't go below 25.5 inside and too hot to sleep. And breakfast is quite terrible. Didn't know a complete construction zone around Hotel and made traveling a nightmare.
