Great location just a 10 min walk from the Casino area. Roof top pool is superb. If coming by car, it can be tricky to find a spot to pull in to check in, so be ready for one person to jump out while you go round the block. The hotel has linked parking deal at a discounted rate once you check in, but this is 1.9m height limit so no good if you have a roof box. There is parking at Saint Charles which can take roof box and is literally 5 min walk away.

We have visited this aparthotel every year for the last 13 years (except during covid) and have never had a problem with anything. This year the air conditioning was not working properly in half of the hotel, or so we were told after several days. We asked to have it looked at/repaired or to be moved to another room, as my fiancé has a heart condition and was actually struggling to breathe in the heat/humidity inside, we were told nothing could be done. We doubted this and felt we were being 'fobbed off' however, as even the corridor was cooler!! We are exceptionally disappointed and will not be recommending this property anymore.

room with NO air conditioning, most likely infected with molds, management pretending to be friendly BUT TOTALY uncooperative, ignoring repeat request to change room , when in the one we stayed temperature reached 27 degrees Celsius. overall the experience were terrible, even though, all refusal done with the smile... one thing working for this hotel is location and maybe price, beside, do no go there especially if the days are hot...

Location is good, they don’t change sheets or take garbage out while you stay there. But overall was spacious and clean. It is good for people who likes to cook have kitchen

Good customer service but hotel not as expected

We arrived expecting one bed and one sofa bed, we were two adults two small kids. The first room we were given the sofa bed mattress was really dirty, I assume just a housekeeping mistake but it was gross. They promptly moved our room and gave us a bigger room. But the AC was broken in the whole hotel it was extremely hot and the only way to sleep was with the windows wide open which was loud and made it really difficult to sleep. We wanted to leave as it just wasn't a good experience and the kids could either not sleep as they were too hot or there was too much road noise. At first they were a little difficult but once the manager understood the situation properly they were really quick refunded us the nights we didnt end up staying so we could go somewhere else. Although the trip wasnt as hoped and the place had quite a few problems the team at the hotel handled the situation well.

The hotel is two blocks from Monaco, and walking distance from the casino. They offer breakfast, was good. The staff is very nice.

Nice clean rooms

We generally enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues - check in was very slow as noone was on reception on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The pool shut quite early so we could only use it for 30 minutes before it was due to close and the water was not very clean or clear. A dog had been left in the apartment next to ours from 7pm to 1am - which barked constantly. The staff were lovely and let us have a very late check out.
