Great Unit, Great Price, Old Property (Exterior)

Pros: -This is a very economical beach-facing unit if you are on a budget. -Nice king-size bed. -Nice TV and couch. -The interior of the unit is highly maintained. -The unit manager was quick to address any issues that might have come about. -Security is on point and willing to help with anything. Cons -The complex that the unit is in is very run down. This is no fault of the owner of this individual unit, it is a systemic issue. -Often infrastructure issues with the water heater not working correctly or water not working at certain times of the day. -The pool itself could have been cleaned much better and the pool area needs a big overhaul. A lot of the pool chairs are either broken or very molded.
