Beautiful stone-built holiday home with large veranda

Casa Noce is a cosy 2 floor terrace house with lots of character. At the first floor are 2 bedrooms with south facing balconies, each sleeps 3, and one bathroom. The ground floor has a living room and a kitchen with dining table. It has a large veranda with table and 3 benches. Its privat garden is part of the court yard with pergola.

The stunning Eco-Holiday Resort ‘Buchere Ville’ has been lovingly restored to provide fabulous holiday accommodation suitable for year round use – in hot summers, colourful autumns, snowy winters and warm springs. We are delighted to welcome families to our houses, which offer every home comfort close to nature to help you relax and unwind. The five holiday homes share a spectacular salt water swim lake and a tennis court/sports ground but each also offers the privacy of individual gardens, verandas and balconies. ‘Buchere Ville’ has original stone walls, exposed beams, timber floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors on the ground floor with under floor heating providing extra warmth for the winter. In keeping with the natural surroundings the houses are furnished with handmade wooden furniture using only natural and biologically degradable materials, and the water is heated with solar energy. The property is surrounded by the forest-clad hills and picturesque vineyards of the Langhe, and is within easy reach of a number of villages.
