The reception staff were so kind and attentive giving us great info on the local area. The room was comfortable, quiet and cool. There was a good choice for breakfast which was delicious.

Room provided all we needed for our short stay including basic toiletries. The 2 sided pillows weren't great for us. Not much in outside noise which was great - only the seagulls at times. Some noise inside - the heavy doors are secure but slam shut loudly. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and cooked sausages alongside the continental breakfast. Plenty to keep us going.We found the staff polite and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.

Holiday inn express with unwanted twist

It's a Holiday Inn Express The same around the glode, but this one had a twist. NO KETTLE on room, but a coffee maker, great, the twist, one coffee pouch, one decaf coffee pouch, so total of TWO coffee's no chance of hot water for tea. Thats your lot. 2 cups of coffee, take it or leave it. Which level of management came up with that idea? Travellers NEED a kettle, not a fancy coffee maker thats limited to 2 cups. They are also trying out a new shower head, saves water, great idea but has any one of the decision makers (here we go again, what level of management) tried washing in the mist? Summary Standard holiday inn express, good for the money, but someone who makes the decisions needs shaking, at least reclaim their annual bonus

All about location

The chain delivered a king size, rare in Europe, clean bathroom with a funky low flow chowder head. A good, plentiful breakfast was available. The staff was always attentive and present. The location is close to all major sites. However, being literally next door to the train station expect some rowdy characters when you walk back to the hotel late at night (for example 4 young people sleeping on the street 50 feet from the hotel entrance). A great price, parking close by for a reasonable fee - I would stay here again.

Convenient but Tired Hotel

Conveniently located near the centre of Amiens. Good parking in an adjacent car park. In July 2025, parking cost around 9 Euros a day. 22 Kwh EV chargers on each floor. The hotel is long overdue for a refurbishment. Both the bedroom window and bathroom has a fair bit of mould.

Super close to the train station, great parking at a reasonable rate, great continental breakfast. Desk clerks were alway friendly and helpful when asked any questions. The hotel is in the same building as a supermarket, which made it easy for us to grab a snack or water for on the road. Centrally located to many restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, etc. Great pedestrian mall, terraces, etc. Amiens has a great vibe!

Parking is public and entry is difficult to ID. No elevators to get luggage to car from parking. The worst was the paper/disposable sheets that would not stay on the bed. They were itchy and hot. The breakfast bar was stripped by the time we got there. Best thing was breakfast bar coffee. Front desk was kind.

No hot water, no soap, no shampoo, and someone left an unpleasant surprise on the desk chair which obviously had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant was lovely, but uber busy with other clients.

Hotel room better than expected . Area not great but convenient walking distance to Old town. Underground parking a bit confusing and no lift access to hotel. Breakfast was good.

Hotel doesn’t have an own parking- you have to use a public one nearby - the main entrance is locked when leaving early (we tried to leave at 7:30am), the code wasn’t working so we had to walk around the multi-storey building and down 3 flights of stairs with suitcases - not really an accessible place. The hotel is very basic and not welcoming in the room to make you feel relaxed. Staff at the reception desk was nice , but the surroundings of the hotel and room were a sub- standard; would not recommend

Perfect base for visiting Amiens

Great location within minutes walk of the Amiens attractions. Easily accessible parking underneath the hotel. Personable and helpful staff in reception. Quiet and comfortable room.

Convenient location, shame about cold shower

Convenient location in the centre of Amiens. The room was disappointing. There was no kettle for hot water and the shower was cold.
