Holiday Apartment 'Melograni 4' with Terrace

Located in Sassi, a small mountain village in the municipality of Molazzana at 700 metres above sea level, the apartment “Melograni 4” is part of an agritourism complex with a scattered hotel structure and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 65 m² property consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace, and can accommodate up to four people. Additional amenities include two TVs, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase; the structure is similar to a hotel, with access to the rooms via a common staircase. One bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening, are located on the first floor, while the second bedroom with its bathroom is on the second floor. Free parking is available in a public square below the building. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. There is no air conditioning, but the climate remains cool even in summer. Weekly linen change is included at no extra cost.
