The room that we received was NOT the room advertised in the photo. No mini fridge, no microwave, no wardrobe of any type, no end table(s).... I was told that it was an ADA- compliant room....it wasn't compliant, it had a tub. The staff was snotty and rude for the most part, one gal at least tried to explain why we had to ask for 'room service' every day...in advance. Breakfast was supposed to be every day from 6am to 9am. One day, with no tour busses as an excuse, there wasn't even coffee at 7am. Am DEFINITELY NOT going to recommend THIS Ramada Inn to anyone. Haven't decided if I will ever use a Ramada Inn again. I am a musician and have stayed in suites and hell holes. Thus was the WORST that I have ever been in.
