Apartm Manager was good and responded in a timely manner. Location not desirable, smoking allowed in building which was a problem for us, the lights in the stairwell went off and on during the night which affected our sleep. Would not recommend!

Washer and dryer! Air conditioning worked great (was rather hot outside) super clean. Michelle was excellent in communication and provided everything you’d want to know about the very nice and understated city of Modena.
