The Neighborhood:

"3T" is located in a splendid area of ​​the Modena countryside, a few kilometers from the city, a few meters from Acetatia Giusti and 2 km from the "4 Madonne" dairy. Reachable by train direction and stop "Quattriville - Lesignana"

An outbuilding in a garden shared with two other buildings where the owners live. Composed of two bedrooms with private bathroom and a common kitchenette on the ground floor. The rooms are rented separately. Parking inside



Other Things to Note:

Self check-in is provided for in this apartment so I will not be present on your arrival, it will be necessary to contact the number that will be communicated to you by telephone after filling in the data that I usually request via email, to open the main door (the procedure will be sent to you in morning of check-in).

The info you will receive is complete with everything necessary to let you independently manage the arrival time, the collection of the keys, the information how to check out.

However, I would like to point out that my total availability is until 19.00 every day except Sunday, beyond that time if my intervention is necessary you will be charged an extra cost of € 10.00/20.00

We will not be personally present but we remain available for guests by telephone every day except Sunday, from 09.00 to 19.00
