Food was good, room was clean. Made reservations, when I arrived the elevator was out of order. Staff would not get me a room on the lower floor. I’m 67 with cancer and had to use the stairs to walk and carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The next day elevator still not working had to carry luggage back down to check out.

The accommodations were well-maintained, and we would certainly consider rebooking. Daily housekeeping services ensured a consistently clean environment. The breakfast offerings were satisfactory, and the atmosphere was conducive to a peaceful experience.

Some of the staff were extremely nice, but not all of them. The woman who runs the front desk in the evenings didn't like answering the phone; she preferred you use text and was quick to respond to texts, but sometimes a phone call is easier. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice.

The staff was friendly. Besides that, it was a place to sleep. I understand it's pet friendly, but we don't have a pet and there were long white dog hairs all over the floor, in the bathroom, and on the comforter. The rest of the property appeared clean. The outside door slammed every time someone came in or out. The hallways were noisy and at one point a dog was barking outside our door. There was no deadbolt on our door. Around 8:30 am, I was in the shower and my husband said someone (not us) used a key to open our door even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I guess they heard the shower and shut the door.

Best dog friendly hotel in Daphne. Reserved for certain rooms which were clean and smell free as any other non-pet rooms we've ever stayed in. Good breakfast, too.
