Elevator Mold/Mildew

The staff is Wonderful! The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing that was off is the elevators reek of mildew. I noticed this during my stay in June, but I assumed it was just a one time occurrence. We have stayed twice since then and the elevator smell gets worse with each visit. We will stay here again because it is the closest hotel to USA, but I will request the first or second floor so that I can avoid the elevator.

Great Stay for Tournament Weekend

Stayed here 2 nights for a travel softball tournament, only 15 minutes from the fields in a safe area near the University of South Alabama. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Plenty of food and grocery options close by. Will definitely stay here again for future tournaments!

One of my better stays. Parking was fine, enough spots. Breakfast was very good, they don't run out and they keep filling up the food when it gets low. Newish laundry machines. Large rooms. Computers & printer in the main lobby - free access, free printing. Decent location in a low crime area. Slow elevators. Complimentary coffee (or decaf) in the lobby 24/7.

We like to stay here because it is so close to the University of South Alabama campus. This was our second stay here and each time the staff has been friendly and the room is clean. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of room to park. This is our new go to place when staying in Mobile.
