Modern. In outskirts of Moab and view is obstructed by other buildings. Breakfast should be improved. Some second floor rooms have low water pressure. First floor rooms okay.

The room was very clean and well equipped and we would be happy to recommend the hotel. Please be aware, however, that the hotel is about 3-4 miles out of the town and it does not offer daily housekeeping

Not ready for guests.

This hotel feels like it’s not quite really for guests. There is no exterior door handle to the bathroom rolling door. There is no fan in the bathroom even though there is a vent. The curtain rods are only reachable by tall people. I could not close or open them. The room needs a mirror in the bedroom. Needs grab bars in the shower and non slip something on the floor of the shower, I almost fell. There are no freezer compartments in the refrigerator in the room, there is only one working washer / dryer in the main building for guests. The pillows are too small. The breakfast was great.

The pics do not represent the ambience of the lobby. The pool are open till 9 am. The ppol looked sandy. The views to the mountain is v e ry ppor on thefirst floor and sideways on the third floor. Vending machine basically empty .

We had no water pressure. The sinks and shower sometimes would not turn on. When we could get water in the shower it was very light pressure. We went to complain to the front desk and were just told that they were waiting on a part and the whole building is like this, and it wouldn’t be fixed till the following week. We were never offered even an apology.

Great choice on the way out of Moab. Affordable option. Basic rooms and furnishings. Quiet, Comfortable and sound sleep. Great views, easy access to Moab. Not located in town center, so driving required to access restaurants, etc. Breakfast is standard mediocre chain hotel style fare, but enough for a quick start to your day.

The hotel was decent enough. The breakfast was hot and typical for a hotel breakfast. But, for the price we had to pay, we were disappointed with a few things. Number one, for a newer hotel, the pullout couch looked old and was very uncomfortable, the pool was uncleaned and gross, the vending machines were empty, and the water pressure in our room was horrible. For a newer hotel, we felt these things were unacceptable.
