Wonderful place to stay- convenient location for hiking and dining in Moab. Clean and eco friendly hotel with pool, outdoor area with seating around fire pit. Great service with cafe and gift shop onsite with amenities . Will definitely be back.

This hotel is a real jem in Moab! We read the reviews and decided to give it a try - so glad we did! The decor of the hotel and rooms is modern and unique, the ambiance is of a luxurious hikers hotel - one of the coolest we've seen. The staff is amazing and very helpful, there's a great pool and hot tub outside, free laundry machines and parking. The price was very reasonable in peak season (June), under 200 per night. Would definitely stay here again wheb in Moab!

Spare rooms with a spartan outdoor vibe. Definitely not really meant for spending too much time in. Beds were so/so comfortable but the pillows were great. No tub for littles. Very clean and staff friendly. Hallways reminded me of college dormitories. It seemed the front counter was understaffed at busy times of day because the person that checked you in etc. also made coffees and prepped cafe food.

It has a modern and vibrant interior design at the front reception area. Very unique to have a ping pong table, board games and hangout playroom especially for family travel and kids. King bunk room very spacious but lighting needs some improvement such as the hanging ceiling light should be moved to where the bench seat or should add an additional light at the entry area. AC needs extra power to feed the Buck King room. Overall stay is a pleasant. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for anyone looking to explore in Moab and surrounding areas. Rooms are well appointed, hotel has free tea and coffee and water and ice. Plenty of room for luggage in the rooms. The Aircon unit was a little noisy but we both slept through so wasn’t too bad. Pool was great after a long hot day. The firepit was also a nice touch.

We had such a fantastic time at this hotel—it’s truly a charming spot! The staff was friendly, the rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and we loved the minimalist style. With the hot Moab days, the air conditioner kept us perfectly comfortable. The pool and coffee shop were both lovely and convenient. The location was another highlight—less than 10 minutes to Arches and just a short drive to downtown. And the chai? Truly the best we’ve had. Thanks for a great stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Anticipation to Disappointment

Anticipation quickly turned to disappointment. We were on a 15 day vacation, and this was the one hotel that I was most excited about staying at out of the 6 we had booked. Its fresh newness appealed to me, and we booked 3 nights here. Unfortunately, I should have read all the reviews, but usually when I see lots of 10/10, I ignore the 2/10 because I assume they are just grumpy people who are likely to to grumpy no matter what the circumstances. I had booked a "non-refundable booking", which I understand, but I also understand the concept of customer service and satisfaction. On our arrival, I requested that we cancel the THIRD night, as we needed to change our plans. This was 72 hrs before the said third night. I contacted the front desk, and had a conversation. She told me that the cancellation had to be done through Hotels.com. I got onto a live chat with a Hotels.com representative, who was only too happy to assist, but she said that the cancellation agreement had to come from the hotel. Back to the front desk- the poor receptionist had obviously been through this before. Her attitude towards be was somewhat "offish", but I subsequently realized that she had been this route before and she was dealing with a very uncompromising manager. I had even offered to pay the deductible commission which had been paid by the hotel, to Hotels.com, and come to some sort of compromise. BEWARE!! This Manager just will not budge, as I have subsequently read numerous reviews of others'.
