Staff was polite and helpful from check in and even helped us bring our luggages to the room while we were checking in. Room is quite pretty while abit small.

Simple minimalist design. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff very polite although communication was a challenge because of the language barrier. Few issues though: Limited room service menu and only available until 10.30. As we arrived late we had to sleep hungry after a very long journey. All restaurants were fantastic but huge elaborate set menus only. Need a restaurant with casual quick dinning. Pillows were so hard to sleep on, very hard. Need better curtains so we don't wake up with the sun.

とても快適でした。

朝食の一部のホテルスタッフさんの靴音が高く気になりました。それと朝食メニューの連絡ミスで直前まで洋食のセッティングがしてあり、慌てて、セッティングを訂正していただきました。全体的には、街中であるのにとても静かで快適でした。特に宿泊者専用ラウンジや室内での飲み物サービスの充実にはとても満足しました。
