Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but as a Westerner, the beds are too had an uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. TVs should be updated where customers can BlueTooth to the TV for streaming (not everyone speaks Japanese or wants to watch Japanese television). Shower head/water pressure feels like you are being pelted with needles. Dryer function on washing machine does not work well so be prepared to air dry which takes a long time. Otherwise, very centrally located and we completely enjoyed our stay.

客房好寬敞、整潔而且舒適，設備、用具都好齊備，成個resort好幽靜同舒服。Check-in時查詢租車服務，員工雖然英語唔流利，但係都好熱心幫助，翌日有一位中國籍員工幫手，亦都好好禮貌（同時日文都好流利，好厲害）。泊車有好多位置，可以直接泊喺住宿出面，兩三步就可以返到房間，非常方便！不過附近就無乜便利店同餐廳，揸車會比較好。

全般に満足でしたが、以下2点提案致します。 1.フェイスタオルは3か所で使うので、洗い替え考慮し、６枚あると便利。 2.レースのカーテンは直射日光を通して、暑く眩しい。遮光カーテンを閉めると暗くなるので、レースではなく、柔らかく直射日光を遮る薄手の生地の方がいい。

2人の子連れで10日間滞在

①アクセス 市街地に車で5分程度で行け、有名な与那覇前浜ビーチに20分程度と、どのエリアに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 ②スタッフのコミュニケーション 明るく、親切。ドリンクをもらいに行く時も丁寧に案内してくれた。朝食の案内も、ホテル側に都合の悪いこともきちんと案内してくれて信用できた。 ③掃除 部屋の細かいけど目立つ部分の掃除がきちんとされておらず、不快だった。掃除が行き届いていない部分を見てしまったため、他の部分も掃除されてないのではと疑心暗鬼になってしまった。 ④気になった点 受付の目の前の植木部分が死角となり、見通しが悪い。車を停めるため必ず通る道なので、もっと見通しが良い方が良い。受付の目の前なので歩行者が通ることも多く、危ない。 カフェのオープン時間を受付の外に書いておいてほしい。
