非常に使い勝手が良かったです 部屋は清潔でしたし スタッフもすごく丁寧に対応いただきました 恐縮ですが お風呂、エアコンの故障があったので コンディションは低評価とさせていただきました

立地は申し分なく、長期滞在に必要な設備――キッチンや広めの脱衣所、バスタブなどにも大変満足しています。 しかしながら、湿気の多さや室内全体の匂い、特にトイレ内の臭いがやや気になりました。 また、エアコンがベッドルームにしか設置されていないため、リビングがやや暑く感じる点も気になります。 何よりも最も驚いたのが、夜間に直径5cmほどのゴキブリがキッチン下から出てきたことです。 こうした施設では宿泊者がキッチンを使用する機会も多いため、食べ残しなどによる虫の発生リスクがあるのは理解できます。 だからこそ、ゴキブリ対策（殺虫剤の設置や薬剤の散布など）が事前に行われていないことに不安を感じました。 可能であれば、あらかじめ害虫駆除用の薬剤を設置していただくなど、基本的な対策を講じていただけると、 滞在者としての安心感が大きく変わり、全体的な印象もより良くなると思います。

炊飯ジャーを各部屋に用意してください。

リピーターです。 部屋からの眺めが大好きで 朝の散歩 夜の散歩も楽しめます。 エアコンが 寝室しかないので リビングが暑いので 扇風機があるといいと思います。 5泊の滞在でしたが、炊飯ジャーが空かなくて 清掃の方が空いたら置いておきますね。 と言ってくれて最終日に置いてくれてありました。 コンドミニアムなので、炊飯ジャーを各部屋に用意して欲しいです。 最終日、1時間延長したい旨をお願いしたところ 繁忙期だから無理だと言われました。 急なお願いだったので そちらは理解しますが、排水溝やトイレが臭うので あまり使われていないのかな？ と感じました。 前回もコメントしましたが、ベットの棚の埃が凄いです。カリフォルニアにも2回滞在しましたが 玄関周りなどの掃除はカリフォルニアの方が行き届いていました。

基本的には良いのですが、ちょっと残念なことが…

施設は新しいのでよいのですが、前利用者のアメニティ（開封済みですが、未使用品）が洗面所のゴミ箱横に落ちていたのが残念でした。新しい物件なので、隅々までチェックしていただきたいですね。 また、エアコンがベッドルームにしかなく、宿泊した部屋は西日が当たることもあり、リビングルームがあまり涼しく感じないこともありました。
