Mitte ski resorts

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The photos made the room seem larger than it really was. We had a 4 person room with 3 adults. We were tripping over each other, as there was barely space to move between the beds. I would not stay in that type of room again.

Amazing location and hotel is clean with amazing vibe

The bathtub in the bathroom is too high to get in and get out for seniors is dangerous.

Room was clean and the house keeping was pretty good, the only one thing need to improve would be the front desk, when I checked in, no information was given to me, I had to ask for every thing, ie. is there a pool, where is it.

Alles sehr schön, wie immer. Top Hotel mit guten facilities wie Gym und Sauna und obendrein erschwinglich und zentral im ehemaligen West-Berlin gelegen. Werde wiederkommen.

Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!
