We LOVED this property. We were a group of 8 staying for a local concert. Super cute property. Easy walk to everything. Immaculately clean. The quality of the mattresses, pillows and linen was 100%. Every bed was perfect and everyone slept well. Adam's communication was the best. We left our stay talking about the next concert and stay! We can't wait to find an excuse to come back and stay....oh and I didn't mention the stunning garden. I could go on and on but won't. ... :)

An immaculate property, just perfect. We enjoyed every minute spent in this truly luxurious and stunning cottage. The rooms were large and inviting with beautiful antique style furniture, striking decor and was true to the photos on Stayz. Sitting at the kitchen table looking out at the lush garden and listening to the birds was so relaxing.Adam and Nat thought of everything to make our stay memorable. The small touches - chocolates and wine were much appreciated as was the pantry and fridge staples, bathroom necessities even some dark coloured towels for spray tans etc.We loved the central position in walking distance of shops, cafes, train station and the Mittagong RSL where we shared a delicious meal with 40 of our family and friends the night before the wedding that we were attending.So pleased we booked Ponsonby. It made us feel special on a special weekend. Thank you Adam & Nat.xx

What a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items, tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc & the little gifts left for us were a lovely touch. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the main street. The beds were comfy & the whole place was beautifully clean.I think we have to say this has to be the best place we have ever stayed in & Adam was a delight to deal with.I would say this is a MUST stay if you are in Mittagong.

Everything was great... the only thing was the open shower in the main bathroom allows water to track towards the door. I was concerned about a fall hazard for my mother so we rolled up a towel to dam the water to keep it within the shower recess. Otherwise a great character-filled, comfortable place to stay. The house was spotlessly clean, the garden is beautiful, communication was excellent. We love the location and went walking at Lake Alexandra each day. Could not have been more perfect for our family Christmas getaway for the second year running. We thoroughly recommend this gorgeous, well appointed cottage. This house is beautiful! We walked in and said, Wow! Spacious, clean, quiet, filled with interesting artefacts and furniture, very well equipped with everything we could want to use, and there were many extra inclusions we didn't expect. All linen, fittings and inclusions are high quality, e.g. luxurious towels, shower drains that work efficiently, comfortable beds, and eco friendly THANKYOU" soaps, shampoo etc) The outside area is very private and pretty, and visited by many birds. Shady and sunny spots, outdoor setting, barbeque, attractive garden. Off street parking.Walk to Alexandra Lake and to main Street.Everything about this stay, from booking to check out, was a breeze. We get together once a year and now we want to come back here each time.Adam was very easy to communicate with, and he gave us a few extra tips via the Stayz messaging facility.We all agreed there were not enough superlatives to describe this lovely cottage.

Adam & Nat were easy to deal with, responsive and helpful.Ponsonby is a lovely peaceful cottage, beautifully furnished and the beds are so comfortable! Walking distance to Mittagong Centre and a short drive to Bowral town centre, it’s a great place to stay!

Ponsonby is a beautiful little cottage, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Adam and Nat had thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. To the lead up to our stay Adam was great with communication and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

Great place and location

The house was fabulous with a lovely garden, cosy lounge room and comfortable beds. The location is perfect with most things accessible without driving: we rode to the Welby mountain bike trails, walked to Lake Alexandra, went on a hike from the house, walked to cafes, restaurants and the pub. We only drove to go to the bakery and the Mittagong mushroom tunnels. The train station is in walking distance too. Everything was well organised and easy. Adam and Nat we'll be back.
