WoodSpring suites and extended stay was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. There aren’t enough characters allowed to truly describe the horrible situation. They don’t have services most extended stays have, such as coffee pots in the room or cookware. Attempted to check in at 8pm and was told our room still wasn’t ready but we could wait another hour. Given it was already 5 hours past when my room was supposed to be ready I declined as I had a guided fishing trip the next morning and needed sleep. Needless to say I had to rapid book another room elsewhere a pay an extra $150.

After resetting the card to my room multiple times during check-in (because I couldn’t get in), the staff used their master key.There was someone else staying in the room. It then took ~30 minutes to get them to clean a much smaller room, even though I paid for the larger room. They were going to switch me to a larger room the next day, but a room still wasn’t ready by 2pm. Coming back at 7:30pm, they still made me wait over an hour to move to the larger room. They had some “mopping” problems. (They must use dirty water since our feet became black walking on the floor of the room.) Day 3, we had to get our keys reset because they only made the room for one night.
Not enough cleaning crew and they must skip cleaning every other room since my friends checking-in were told they were the sixth ones to check into a dirty room that night.
As for amenities: there are only about two irons and ironing boards, and two hair dryers for the entire hotel to borrow from the main desk. Nothing is in the rooms. Oh, and no hand towels are in the rooms.
My shower still had conditioner and hair in it from the previous person. The hotel did not supply hand towels or have an ice machine.My room was also very noisy with it being on the side where the railroad tracks are. You don’t initially realize it until the train start running and then it is very disruptive.
It was a good stay. Everything looked new and maculate. Bed was a disappointment. Not terrible but not the quality portrayed by everything else. Front desk person came to my room because he had given me the wrong form to fill out during check-in but I could tell he was new and learning. Very nice, respectful young man. Didn’t see Kleenex’s so used TP when I needed to blow my nose. I would stay again.

Room was Spartan, felt like a dorm room. Shower did not work, and in fact, if you turn it on water did not come out I did leak through the ceiling.
It's clean, quiet and possibly the best motel mattress we've ever slept on.

Our experience started off poorly when we had to wait over ten minutes for the desk clerk to help us as she was on another floor cleaning rooms. We ended up canceling our reservations because the staff couldn’t figure out how to charge the rooms to our credit card.
This is an EXCELLENT hotel. It’s very clean and the service is real nice. I highly recommend this hotel. The lady at the counter was REALLY helpful and nice. She made the experience that much better.

After a long day w/a moving truck, I showed up for my reserve now, pay later room.... Desk help, plus a man (manager?) looking over her shoulder handed me paperwork and the man told me there would be an extra $50 charge for one night with my dog. I just wanted to sleep... and did not want to pay $190. I did not sign any of the paperwork, or provide an additional credit card as asked- I told them this was too expensive for me and I would have to find another room at another motel, which I did. Guess what? My debit card was charged for the night!!! The place looked ok, but it was not busy or close to being filled to capacity- Very unhappy with this.

I tried to cancel my reservation We finally got a Person on the phone and they ask for my phone number to cancel the reservation. They never call me and now there's a $138 charge on my debit card and I'm told if I get the money back. It's gonna take 7 business days Expedia. If you ever want my help again, I'm a rich and famous musician very soon. I used to hang out with Jerry Garcia and I gotta tell you this whole thing sucks.
