They tried to charge me for parking. I trave often and have never even heard of such a thing. The person at the front desk claimed this is standard at Marriott properties. It certainly is not. And I was not allowed to gain Bonvoy points. The hotel is really nice and clean but these aspects of check in were troublesome and hardly regular for Marriott properties.

Must stay with kids

Check in took a bit longer than expected. A girl was training but the other employee cared less to help. Other than that the hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was the highlight of the stay. If you have kids this is a must stay for the pool.

Overpriced for Weekend of activities in Missoula. Lots of long hair in bathroom that was not mine and air conditioning was turned down to 50s and stayed at 75. Body wash missing from bathroom. Water slides fun, breakfast okay.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful! Recommended I drop rental car off the night before my flight and picked me up to take me back to the hotel for the night and then to the airport early the next morning.

Our room was so roomy and nice. However the lighting in the room absolutely sucks. The best part of the hotel is the small little waterpark. Our room hadn’t been vacuumed. There was debris and dirt. I also didn’t like that I had to make up the whole sofa bed, there weren’t any sheets or anything already on it. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice. The lighting sucks and the floors weren’t as clean as I think they should have been. The small waterpark is fun and the breakfast was good.

It was pretty good, mostly.

We were just slightly disappointed in that our toilet was a little dirty at arrival and the sofa bed where someone's head should lay was not even with the rest of the bed. All in all, for the money, it was decent. We didn't arrive until hours after check in, and I feel that the toilet should have been clean completely. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. The pool and water slides were an amazing perk, our kids loved it.

This stay was not pleasurable for one reason. Getting charged to park. I expect to be nickel and dimed to death at a top of the line big city flagship hotel but at an everyday suburban motel? Just one more reason I am branching out in my lodging selections since the Marriot family sold out to Wall Street. You guys have competition out there!
