I do not know because we arrived to check in and were given the option to cancel our stay due to the hotel. not having hot water. We were told that there would no be no hot water until Friday and we arrived on a Monday.
The desk person assured us that we had the money put back on our card and here it is a month later and I have still not received any credit back and have contacted Hotels.com regarding this.
I was really sad that we could not stay there as it looked like such a great place to say. I had actually wanted to try and book another trip there. With the hassle of getting a refund and now the hotel telling Hotels.com that they show no records of this "no hot water incident" I am not happy. Nonetheless our stay was also planned cause it is close to the hospital where my husband had a heart procedure done and we would be needing to stay close to the hospital for a few days after so that made this hotel even better. Here we are going for another procedure and I had hopes of having this resolved so we could stay there but I am still waiting for over $600. to be credited back to my account. Not cool! Not very good service. I would have even been willing to get a credit to come and stay for the 3 days but I have not even received that.
We had to pay for our car to be parked, get our car back and put the luggage back in the car just because we did not get an email regarding this "no hot water" incident that happened the day we arrived. Now no credit back
