Loge makes a great basecamp for your area adventures! Our only frustration was not being prepared for the self check-in process. Because we booked through Orbitz and didn't have cell service during our travels, we weren't aware of the required app and codes for building entry. However, once we got in and settled, thanks to the help of other guests, we had a nice stay.

Firstly, the LODGE app is HORRIBLE/doesn't work. BUT, the hotel itself is nice, although there is a decent amount of road noise; staying in a room opposite of the main road would probably fix most of that. The hotel building is older, but well-built and the remodel work done is very nice and minimalist; the space feels open and inviting. The only critique i have of the room itself is the European-style/door-less showers. The shower stall itself is too short for this to work well without easily getting water on the floor, a door would fix this, though it wouldn't be as aestheticly pleasing. The on site maintenance guy was super nice, helped us work around the app issues and we needed an extension cord, he brought us one within minutes! I have dog allergies, so having a few no-dog rooms set asside would be nice, but the room was exceptionally clean and the rooms have hard floors instead of carpet; something i like very much, it keeps allergens down and is MUCH cleaner than carpet. Ive never understood why carpet is preferred in hotels, even when it's been freshly vacuumed, it's still not really clean. I also like the layout, its friendly for storing gear easily and if you bring a bike, there's even a dedicated space in the room for you to store it, but if you dont have a bike it can still store other items. The location is pretty good ,despite the road noise, this is a very walkable location with pretty much all you'd need a short distance away, including ice cream 😃

The gentleman who gave me access to my room was very helpful and this review does not reflect his service. The room felt dirty and had an odor. The walls were thin and I could hear the TV in the next room. The windows were thin as well, I could hear passing vehicles and other noises throughout the night. The bed was not comfortable. When I returned home a day later, I had a few small what looked like bites around my neck area. I would not return nor would I recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Staff was not responsive to text communication, but I was ok without a room change. Get a Mountain View room facing the parking lot if possible. I had drunk neighbors, but that was no fault of the hotel. Very clean with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Room was clean. Property was quiet. Parking lot isn’t the best for bigger vehicles. That was the only problem I came across. Good pet area and very pet friendly. Lots of options to assist with recreational activities. What staff they did have on site in the cafe in the morning and housekeepers (one in specifics) were very friendly and welcoming!

What a cute, outdoor activity-oriented place! Surprised by the in-room hammock, bike rack, and boot warmer, but things were more than serviceable for our stay. Great communication too, even with no real front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked the concept of your Loge. We really like the look of the room, the coffee shop, and the convenience to downtown. The only issue was that the walls felt paper thin and could hear snoring next door.
