Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Chair very comfortable. Good lighting. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing. Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately. I rate it 4.9 stars 😁

Zero WiFi is unacceptable.

All was fine EXCEPT THE WIFI DIDNT WORK despite multiple trips to the front desk. Bed was great and sheets and air and shower. But we both had business work we couldn’t do as wifi no good. Why advertise wifi when you have zero wifi? All they needed to do was reboot router. They didn’t listen to our suggestion. Breakfast was a three.

We stayed here for one night and picked this place based on other reviews. The hotel is right off of the highway which makes it super convenient and has several nice dining options close by. Walking in to the hotel, it smelled strongly of what I call the fabuloso cleaning product smell which to me personally is not a good smell. Check in was quick and easy. I wouldn’t say the staff was overly friendly but they did their job and we got our room. Our room seemed clean enough but the carpet was a bit sticky in places and the night stand has a mysterious substance on it. The bed was clean but sagged in the middle but there were plenty of pillow options on the bed. There are only outlets on one night stand so charging devices was not ideal but we made it work. The bathtub drain would not stay open, so, if you were showering, the tub filled with water. I had to put the complimentary bar of soap in the drain to hold it open. The water is either scalding hot or freezing cold-it was hard to get a mix of both for a good temperature. We never could figure out the tv remote so we watched bowling for some room noise lol. The room itself was quiet. We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. All in all, it was ok for a one night stay but I think we will choose another option in the future.

Good hotel for a short stay

The check in process was fast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issues were the indoor pool was freezing...not cold but freezing and the breakfast had many issues. The toaster was broken, the pancake maker was broken, the juice machine was broken and the girl bringing the food out was rude when asking for anything.

The room was quiet except when the ac fan kicked on, it was loud. I went for coffee in the morning and on weekends it is not available until 7 and it was room temperature. As for the rest of breakfast we did not try it. I saw the Juice machine was out of order as was the pancake griddle. Probably won’t go back.

PET FRIENDLY DOES NOT MEAN CAT FRIENDLY.

We had work being done on our house so checked in 3 adults and our 2 cats. Stayed 5 days. Went to extend the stay and was told we had to leave because they didn’t accept cats. The hotel is listed as pet friendly. Why after 5 days did they decide to not allow them? Luckily We found another hotel to accept them. They were well behaved and they accepted the pet deposit upon check in. Go figure!!!
