Great place and location to stay

A good hotel in a nice area to stay in. It’s close where I need to be. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least five times within the past year. Four out of those five times either the heater didn’t work or the air conditioning didn’t work. They did their best to rectify the problem but I can’t believe the problem is mechanical. I think they shut it off to save money. Anyway check in early if you can and if your room heater or air doesn’t work you would have a better chance to get another room.

Property was very clean and smelled amazing. The pool and hot tub is very well maintained as well. I really loved the setup of the room where sitting area separate from beds.

Property was decent. Problem was air conditioning didnt work. Room stayed at 75 or higher all night. When telling property manager all they said was all their air conditioning system worked. I said apparently not. They were not concerned in the least. Not everyone wants a discount. I simply wanted them to address it for next customer.
