Beautiful one bedroom condo close to Notre Dame in the Stoneridge - Woodbridge Condominiums. This is a wonderful property located on one of the two large ponds with fountains. We are 1.5 miles from campus in a beautiful residential community. Fully furnished with a queen bed and pull out queen sofa bed with a full blow up mattress . There is a community fitness room and outdoor pool. There are wonderful walking trails in this peaceful area. The double deck has a view of the pond. Great for family gathering during Notre Dame games! One or two parking spaces available . Handicapped accessible. Washer and dryer in the unit. Happy to drive you to and from the ND game at a nominal fee. Ground floor location.
