This was by far the worse stay I have ever stated in. Very much of a inconvenience I paid for a suite I got a disabled accessible the bathroom flooded water was everywhere.. hey only gave me towels to help.. then on top of that the next morning the fire alarm set off couldn’t go back in I was terrified and traumatized.. I will not recommended this place I also requested my money back as well.. I paid for something and didn’t delivery. I’m not satisfied over prices for a dump with bugs broken shower and all I went to the staff they claimed they gave me money back but have not..

The room was alright, the tub in my room was peeling, the blinds were dirty and the light in the bathroom was loud and flickering but besides that it was alright. I usually stay in Miramar and this was my first time and this property and probably the last the other surround hotels seem cleaner and kept up with better.

I was very disappointed. The rooms were dingy and smelled like bleach and chlorine. The bathroom tub was unsafe and felt like it was going to cave in. Family members also stayed at this facility and had bad reactions to allergies and the rugs were damp and the bathroom had ants. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again!

Since we entered this hotel we could smell a bad odor. They have something spraying the entrance so they can hide the smells but it isn’t working. When we got to our room, the carpet look disgusting, was wet, and the room smelled like mold. My husband who is terribly allergic to mold got sick right away. The bathroom had ants. The ceilings were peeling off. The water was not draining. We spent one night there and my husband didn’t sleep at all and woke up looking and feeling horrible. We were on the 4th floor and the window was unlocked and we were able to open it fully. Very dangerous since we also had our two kids with us. Overpriced hotel…more like a motel i would say…terrible experience. We had to go to the hotel across the street.
