From check in to check out - I have no complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms smell nice. Really gives a clean and comfortable feeling when you can relax. The area is also packed full of great restaurants

The air conditioner gave the room a damp smell and feel. We had to open the window a few times to get the “dampness” out. But it wasn’t that big of a deal to us, so we kept it moving. Loved our stay!
