This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access right across the boardwalk with the Whales Tail restaurant and beach bar! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 5 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, queen size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and two twin size beds in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has windows so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play and high chair is included if needed. 

Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.
