The view was spectacular!!!! Furniture, bedding and linens were great. The place was really clean, too! I think it would be helpful to publish about all the stairs. That was a surprise and challenging for our guests.The AC went out and it took a couple of days to repair but the property manager provided a portable AC unit that helped. There was also a severe shower leak in the master. That took too long to remedy and it ruined my husbands computer keyboard he uses for work. There was no offer to replace the keyboard or discount our stay as we had to remain in the condo while all repairs were being made due to concerns of letting our dog loose.

This home was amazing and is just how it is pictured. The views are amazing and the beach is your back yard. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well supplied. The location is perfect - a quick drive or short walk to several wonderful establishments. We will come back to this location - it was the best we have stayed in, in the Destin area

Perfect Location

First, the pros: location is perfect. Right on the beach. Beach service included. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Short drive to others. Unit was very clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Unit stocked with some basics like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, to get you through the first day. Cons: parking. Two car limit only applies if it is two compact vehicles. Otherwise I'd say one vehicle. Definitely no more than that. The stairs. This unit has a lot of them. If you have young children or if any of your party have physical limitations, this is probably not the best option for a visit. Overall, was pleased with the unit and would consider staying here again.
