Loved the proximity to the beach. Condo itself was very clean and spacious. Community pool was awkwardly warm so we opted to walk to the beach instead which was perfect since it’s only a 2 minute walk. Kitchen was well equipped. Cons: AC return in front bedroom is loud so I recommend only heavy sleepers in queen bedroom. Patio overlooks the backyard next door where renters partied nightly. Trying to relax on the patio yielded loud music, chants of “chug” and failed marriage stories.

Condo was very clean & just as pictured. Short walk to beach. Only issue we had with staying there was one elevator was down the entire time & the hot tub didn’t work. As much as you pay the amenities should be able to be utilized. Also wasn’t happy about the parking issue which is not noted on anything until you already reserve. Only one car is ridiculous for a 3 bedroom condo. We had 3 different families & had to pay to park 2 cars. Overall it was a decent stay!

Great condo!

Condo was beautiful! We loved the kitchen! Short walk to the beach. The condo is in a building back away from the road. In the advertised pictures it makes it seem like it’s in the building that is horizontal to the road and it’s not. It’s located near the back of the complex. The pictures that were advertised for the pool seemed very deceiving. I was sure there were 2 pools. But there was only one and it was small. We never used the pool because it was packed. But all in all it was a nice place to stay. Clean, roomy, and short walk to the beach!

The property looked exactly like the pictures and did not disappoint. The walk to the beach was less then 3 mins. The knives weren't sharp ,the kitchen faucet had a slight drip and the back patio light was out. But overall a very beautiful place. Slept 7 comfortably.

The property was pristinely clean, had all of the amenities needed and we love this location. The property management company was attentive and easy to reach. Unfortunately there were issues with wifi connectivity throughout our stay, but everything else was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Parking and beach chairs

We reserved a 3 br for 6 adults and 2 children under 2yo. 1 of the 6 adults is 7 months pregnant. We were shocked to discover there is only 1 parking spot per condo. Property manager couldn't give us access to another spot from the unoccupied condos. It appeared to be at around 30% occupied. It forced us to park a milenaway in overflow parking and the pregnant woman walk a mile back to the condo

Perfect Location

Enjoyed a wonderful week long vacation at the property! We had 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to move about the condo. The location was perfect for going to the beach. We also spent each day in the pool too. Great time and memories made!

This condo was a great location for what we needed! We did a wedding at a beach house across the street and needed extra space! The condo was great, beds were comfy, and showers had good water pressure!! Common areas had plenty of space too!! You can’t see the beach, but you can’t get to it without 3 min walk!!

Great Vacation Spot!

Loved the condo! Everything was super clean, beds were so comfy. Very spacious and everything we needed! The only thing that might be a negative about our stay was one of the pictures of the buildings made it seem like our building faced the beach(I was aware there would be no beach view, so this was no really big deal besides a huge beach house being right behind us with a huge loud family at the time). That is definitely not the owners fault! It wouldn’t stop me from coming back! Very short walking distance to the beach and the owner/company was super responsive in any of our concerns we had! Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

Great!

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean. There is only one parking spot, and the overflow parking is 30$ a night, and is a 10 minute walk away. Other than the parking, it’s a great place to stay!

Family downtime

Everything was great! The place was clean and have plenty of space to sit and watch TV or eat a meal together. The only downfall is that the bedroom with the queen bed is incredibly loud; the AC unit is in the closet. It startles you awake every 45 minutes, plus it is generally very loud. Everything else was fantastic!

Fantastic girls getaway

The condo was a great location and very clean. Super easy beach access, great heated pool, hot tub and grilling area. Easy walk to restaurants, two minute drive to grocery. Great security staff that was super helpful. We had a problem with internet and cable when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. Had a fabulous time and would highly recommend.
