Welcome to Beachboys and Mermaids, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome ideally located in the fabulous Miramar Beach Villa community. On the first floor, you will find a guest queen bedroom with private patio access. On the second floor, you will find the master king suite with a private balcony, and a fabulous bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking tub. On this floor, there is also another queen guest bedroom, and cozy twin bunkbeds in the hallway. The third floor has a loft bedroom with a full bed, a couch, TV, and a balcony. This home sleeps 10 comfortably.

Miramar Beach Villas is a gated community of vacation rentals located just off Scenic Gulf Drive. The sugary white sand and mesmerizing emerald waters of the gulf are only a short distance away. These two to three-story townhomes are contemporary and completed in a formal Mediterranean style. You’ll be just minutes from multiple shopping venues such as the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. There are also popular dining locations within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail. Guests will enjoy a lovely community pool as well!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach.
