THINGS TO KNOW:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

**This is one part of a lockout/combo unit and has a shared foyer door with a code.

No Balcony….The description says balcony and that’s the one thing we were looking for. When I messaged them I had 3 different people that messaged me back the 3rd didn’t even read the other messages and commented about being under construction which had nothing to do with our room. The a/c worked great but was loud. The only problem we had with the cleaning was that the inside shower curtain was dirty and felt slimy like it had been left open when wet. Overall we feel like we were lied to by the description and we will not rent from vacasa again. It didn’t have a kitchen either it had a kitchenette ( mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave) but I didn’t care about that. But just in case it matters to the next person.

Good location, more like a hotel room; managed by another rental company

Clean, hotel-like studio as described (though at least a hotel provides items (coffee, creamer, filters) to make coffee in the room. View looks away from beach - but check out the roof top deck. Included garage parking was nice, grocery store, shops and several restaurants are a short drive away. Beware - this unit is managed by Vacasa (another rental agency) and response times to questions were slow, no option for early check-in, and charged for a later same day checkout. The fees were as much as the per night cost.
