Many new updates to include comfortable new living room furnishings, soft new carpeting at the main floor, flat screen TVs and more! A floor to ceiling mirrored wall in the living room visually enhances the room bringing the peaceful outside in.
Relax on the screened porch nestled by the natural foliage after a day of playing in the surf and sand which is just a short stroll away.
The master bedroom has a king bed, new bedding with an attached updated master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and the loft has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for those overflow guests.
Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
