Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 teens. Lots of opportunities within the property to utilize (tennis, pickleball courts, basketball court, heated swimming pool, hot tub, spa). Bring your own racquets if playing sports. Beach is wonderful and so close, just a couple minutes walk from condo. Bring your own beach towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice getaway. Building is a bit old, but this unit is up to date with fully functioning appliances, spacious living and dining area, and well-furnished kitchen. Bedrooms had great mattresses. Everyone in my party loved the beds. Getting to the beach was very easy. We opted to go down to the lobby and cross the street instead of using the walk bridge. Beach is great. One thing that is good to know for umbrella rentals is that if you have 3 or more, go the day before and book it so that you can get them together and in the front row. They operate on a first come first served basis, kind of. But unit owners and rentals with 3 or more chairs can get booked with tagged chairs. The beach bar was a nice perk. Drinks and the ability to order takeout from the hotel restaurant from the bar was nice. This area is nice and quiet, yet is a quick drive away from Destin.

We had an amazing time! The condo was very clean and comfortable for our 3 families. Had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The walk to the beach was very easy and being able to use the resort’s chairs and umbrellas was very nice. Julie our host was extremely helpful and friendly. She responded quickly to all my messages and questions. I definitely recommend this spot and this host!

Fantastic time

We fell in love with the condo and the entire complex. Very comfortable and roomy. Beds were magnificent along with the showers and the water pressure! We made use of the hot tub, swimming pool and the exercise room. This place was a gem for us! Hated leaving

Wonderful trip

We had a great trip! Lisa the owner was great at communication and checked in with us. Her condo is beautiful and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball courts, the location was great we loved having the sky bridge to cross over to the beach, especially with all the little ones. The building staff was very kind and helpful. The building is a little outdated and the elevators can run slow during peak times, but they keep the building very clean. We talked to several people at the pool and they say they have stayed at this building for years and years. The sushi at the restaurant is so yummy!

Perfect stay!

It was the perfect condo to enjoy our vacation! It was easy to find, easy to communicate with the host, absolutely beautiful views, enough room for us all and plenty of bathrooms for us all! Super handy with pots, pans, washer and dryer. The layout was perfect. Easy beach access and pool was great too. Will stay there again!

Great for a girls’ trip!

This condo was clean, cute, and provided plenty of space for our group of girls. The location was perfect and it was so easy to walk to the beach. The beach bar was a nice addition as well. Great walking distance and driving distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Very easy booking and check in process and the host was responsive. Overall, it was a great stay and will be back!

This unit was very clean and had a ton of space for everyone. The property manager was very quick to respond and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The only complaint we had was the beds being uncomfortable especially the King bed in the master suite.

Perfect location for lounging on the beach! Beach bar close by. Restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores very close by. Outlet mall within 2 miles. Pool and hot tub on premise. The apartment itself had plenty of space for out girls trips plus plenty more. All the amenities we needed. Great views. Clean facilities. No complaints.

Our experience has been great!!! Easy access to the beach, very convenient due to having kids in our group. The resort had great amenities and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our experience here. We would definitely do it again! Our host gave us everything we needed and check in was simple and easy for us. The views are spectacular, the balcony is huge and it was nicely updated with everything we needed! Plenty of beds and bathrooms as there was 7 of us and even seating for movie night with a big enough table to seat everyone at meals. Everyone was comfortable and truly enjoyed our time here!
