If the beach is your happy place, then Hidden Dunes Cottage 187 is going to be your happy place recharging station! This beautifully decorated 2nd level unit is perfect for your family or group of 8….and bonus, it is one of the closest cottages to the beach. Cottage 187 has been completely updated from top to bottom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with crisp white cabinets against a sea blue background and stainless appliances. The bedrooms feature a Master with a King bed and a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed. The loft area features two Double beds. And the entire unit is tastefully done in calming shades of blue, white and gray with an understated but classic nautical theme. To complete the ambiance, you will enjoy al fresco dining on the screened in porch. And of course, all of this is located in the natural setting of Hidden Dunes….where you feel like you’re on a secluded tropical island, yet you’re conveniently located to shopping, golf and restaurants!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a hot tub or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Spring break 2022

Great stay! Easy process for check in/out! Condo was nicely furnished, kitchen had everything needed! We cooked daily, and had plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware/coffee cups for all 6 of us. Wifi supported streaming easily. Furniture was comfortable and supported this larger group easily for relaxing and dining. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the beach service included! Would suggest adding another roll of TP to the “guest pack” for this size condo, haha. Only downsides- knives in the knife block are very dull and need sharpening, and the grills in the complex need work, igniters don’t work on most. Easy fixes to a great condo!
