I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is super convenient, just a short distance from the airport, making travel hassle-free. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. They even arranged a seamless airport transfer, which was a huge plus! Stayed here for early morning flight. They have an arrangement for transportation to the airport at 5€ per person with first run at 3:30am but that was not early enough so we booked an Ūber in advance. Location was quiet enough we did not hear planes. In hotel restaurant was basic. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

I gave staff a 3, although check in was fine. The dining in the “restaurant “ ( generous term for what was provided) would have been at best adequate, but the waitress could not have been more disengaged and disinterested if she tried. She seemed more eager to engage with her counterparts in the kitchen than to spend a second longer than necessary with the customers in the restaurant. When asked regarding condiments , I was told in a very abrupt manner to “ go look in the box” with a dismissive wave somewhere in the area behind me. It would be better to not have a restaurant than to subject guests to uncalled for rudeness and marginal service.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night. Interior and breakfast are great, exterior gives you a few doubts. Rooms are small by American standards but adequate for resting and moving on on your journey.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We first stayed for 4 nights in January 2025. We visited the sites of Lisbon. It was a good location to all activities and the airport. It provides breakfast incl. And you can have dinner here as well. We are heading home today and stayed March 9th . We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this location.

Breakfast was excellent Dinner was absolutely horrible. Four of us ordered dinner. Only 3 of us received our dinner. After waiting 10 minutes we asked about our 4th order. Received it after another 10 minute wait. Fries were swimming in chicken sauce & soggy. Serving staff not at all pleasant to us. Not our fault 1 dinner got forgotten. Serving staff didn’t check how we enjoyed the food. In our 2 month stay in Portugal, this was the worse experience of all. Too bad on our last days in Portugal. They were also very busy taking take out orders. Not sufficient staff for dining & take out. Advised fellow travellers not to eat there. Very very disappointed.

Tired hotel needing upgrade

Tired hotel needing yet another modernizing upgrade. Bathroom from the sixties. Non functioning remote thermostat that was too complicated. Public areas fine, breakfast was fine, free parking which is huge bonus in Lisbon. Hotel living off of being an easy ten minute drive to Terminal 0ne at Lisbon airport.

6-8 minutes ride to the airport. So very convenient to catch a flight back. Have lots of car rentals nearby so convenient if you rent a car to explore other areas of Lisbon or Portugal. Room was very clean, service was good. Breakfast was included in the rent, which was good value for money.
