Location to beach good, but no view Access with car difficult. Confort médiocre due to lack of space and sitting facility to unwind after a long day.

Minturno

Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.

Einfache FeWo in italienischem Wohnhaus

Die FeWo war recht einfach gehalten. Elternschlafzimmer okay, das Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett ist eher für kleinere Kinder (keine Teenager) geeignet. Als Aufenthaltsbereich steht nur die Küche mit einem einfachen Küchentisch zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auf das Notwendigste beschränkt (für 6 Personen), die Töpfe und Pfannen schon recht alt. Das Badezimmer war sauber, die Dusche recht klein für große Personen. Außer den Deckenlampen gab es keine weitere Beleuchtung in der FeWo, auch keine Nachttischlampen. Pro Raum gibt es nur eine Steckdose. Das Mobiliar war älter und zum Teil defekt (Einlegeboden im Schrank herausgebrochen, fehlende Knöpfe an den Schubladen). Die Klimaanlage (nur im Flur) war dennoch ausreichend, um die FeWo auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen/zu halten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Maria war unkompliziert und freundlich. Vorab gab es eine gute Wegbeschreibung inklusive Screenshots für die Anfahrt in den Hof zum Parkplatz. Minturno selbst ist offensichtlich ein italienischer Urlaubsort, mit Englisch kam man nur mühsam zurecht. Es gibt fußläufig nur ein Restaurant (da Lucio), das ist dafür aber gemütlich, gut und preiswert. An den Stränden war auch Anfang August genügend Platz, sie sind sauber, das Wasser wird regelmäßig getestet und hat die Bewertung "excellent". Die schmale Zufahrt zu dem Wohnhaus (in zweiter Reihe) ist für besonders große Autos nicht geeignet, weil mehrfach um enge Hausecken gefahren werden muss.

Sehr nahe am Meer

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer, Geschäfte und ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Maria ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin - die Wohnungsübergabe(n) klappten hervorragend.

Bellissima casa accogliente e a due passi dalla spiaggia

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, ben esposta e soprattutto ventilata (nella settimana più calda dell'anno non abbiamo sentito il bisogno di accendere il condizionatore, che è comunque disponibile). Vicina al mare (100 metri) ed a tutte le comodità (salumeria, supermercati, macelleria, etc.). Per finire, la proprietaria è una persona disponibile e gentilissima. Da ripetere!

Casa ben arredata e con tutto l' occorrente

La casa è arredata con gusto e ben fornita di pentole, accessori e quanto necessario per il soggiorno. È molto ventilata e le camere da letto sono molto spaziose. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Si trova a pochissima distanza dal mare, fattibile il percorso anche con nostro figlio di 3 anni (con giochi da spiaggia sempre portati avanti e indietro su insistenza di nostro figlio!) Durante il nostro soggiorno, sulla strada principale hanno messo i paletti per delimitare l' area pedonale (che altrimenti era sempre occupata da macchine in sosta non autorizzata) , quindi il breve tratto di strada da fare per raggiungere il mare si può fare in totale tranquillità. Vicino a casa ci sono due negozi di alimentari con prodotti freschi, frutta e verdura, quindi comodissima anche la spesa giornaliera. Il mare, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno, era spesso mosso con onde a volte un po' troppo alte per far fare il bagno a nostro figlio ... peccato che non abbiano pensato a mettere scogli frangionde .

Appartement très agréable et confortable

Mme D’Urso est très disponible et soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. L’appartement est spacieux et aéré et il dispose d’un confort suffisant. Je recommande cette location sans problème.

Soggiorno molto apprezzato. Casa vicinissimo alla spiaggia (per 2 mamme sole con 2 bimbi di 1 anno e mezzo requisito essenziale). La casa ha tutti i confort utili per un soggiorno senza problemi (microonde aria condizionata). La signora Maria disponibile e piacevole, ogni giorno ci inviava messaggi con eventi nei dintorni e all arrivo ci ha dato info utili su dove andare. Posto auto sempre disponibile. Consigliata!

Здравствуйте! (English below). Мы жили в квартире Марии чуть больше месяца, в июне и начале июля. Квартира хорошая, как на фотографиях и в описании. В квартире есть все, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как дома, она уютная и удобная. Поскольку мы были с дочерью, которой меньше года, стиральная машина мне очень помогла, белье сушили на балконе (есть сушилка). От насекомых по вечерам спасали москитные сетки на окнах. Море от квартиры очень близко, буквально в двух-трёх минутах ходьбы. Небольшие магазины со всем необходимым и невысокими ценами находятся ещё ближе по пути к морю. Мы ходили на бесплатный пляж, который был очень чистым. Мария приготовила для нас пляжные полотенца и пляжную сумку, также в квартире был зонт от солнца (и от дождя кстати ещё тоже был зонтик). Я буду рекомендовать эту квартиру друзьям и близким. Большое спасибо за теплый прием Марии и ее матери Марике. Ольга Hello! We lived in Mary's apartment more than a month, in June and early July. The apartment is good, exactly as in the photos and description. In general, the apartment has everything to make you feel at home, the apartment is cozy and comfortable. Since we were with a daughter who is less than a year old, the washing machine helped me a lot, clothes was completely dried on the balcony. The sea from the apartment is very close, 2 minutes walking distance. Small shops with all necessary and low prices are also within walking distance. We went to a free beach, which was very clean. Maria prepared for us beach towels and a beach bag, and also in the apartment there was parasol and umbrella. I recommend this apartment to friends and family. Ottima ospitalita',come sentirsi a casa propria.Tutto curato pulito e nuovo,il tutto a 100m dal mare

Tutto perfetto, locali ampi,areati e arredati con gusto.Utilissimo posto auto sempre libero,market e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.Il mare a due passi rende superfluo l'uso dell'automobile.Un'esperienza che speriamo di poter ripetere anche per periodi piu' brevi.
