When I arrived I got a taxi to the address I was given. I ended up waiting outside a block of flats in -10 degrees for 15 minutes then ended up staying in an apartment that was not what I paid for. I did not stay in the Radogost Hotel. WHY. I then received a fone call at 1am when I was sleeping from Arizona. I only discovered it was Expedia when I got home. Again WHY. If it was not for the taxi driver who helped me by phoning and texting I would have been left to the elements. Expedia seriously let me down.

Отвратительный сервис

Отвратительный сервис и в отеле и на Вашем сайте. В 22.00 я осталась в чужой стране без места для проживания. Мне отказали в предоставлении номера в связи с тем, что отель якобы больше не работает с сайтом Hotels.com. В результате в срочном порядке пришлось вместо отдыха искать себе место для того, чтобы переночевать до самолёта. Больше не воспользуюсь услугамт сайта Hotels.com и услугами отеля Радогост и другим советовать не стану

Хотите быть кинутыми - бронируйте

Отвратительное место. Это не отель, это обычная квартира. По адресу находиться обычный жилой дом, об этом отеле ни кто не знает. По номеру телефона, указанным как контактный, девушка с десятого раза взяла трубку и сказала, что не туда попали и внимательнее набирайте номер. В итоге остались в чужом городе без крыши над головой.

Есть вероятность не заселения в отель.

Забронировал отель. Приехал заселяться, а мне сказали, что у них двойное бронирование и они меня не могут принять. Поздно вечером оказался на улице в чужом городе и ни какой помощи.

Как "кидают" с забронированным жильем

Название "отель" для частной квартиры в жилом доме слишком многозвучно и пусто! Забронировали номер через сервис, получили подтверждение бронирования, а также письмо от отеля через хостинг , с приветствием и номером телефона если вдруг возникнут вопросы. Никаких дополнительных контактных данных для связи. Написала на данный номер в Вайбер, чтобы уточнить время заезда - в ответ тишина. Приехали по адресу в надежде увидеть отель, с администратором , оказалось что это просто жилой дом, в котором сдается квартира. Позвонила на номер, девушка сообщила мне что уточнит у администратора по бронированию и перезвонит. В течении часа звонка так и не поступило, на повторный звонок она же мне сообщила что моего бронирования у них вообще нет, еще раз уточнила через какой сайт делалось бронирование, снова пообещала перезвонить и снова не соизволила. В итоге в срочном порядке пришлось искать другое жилье. Не рекомендую останавливать свой выбор на данном предложении, если не хотите оказаться без жилья.

Tu pye un chambre tu trouves cliques claque j, arrivé a minsak j, appelle les responsables le téléphone sa sonne sa répond pas j'ai dormir a outre hotel la première nuit
