This place is in disarray. The pool is out of order and apparently has been for a length of time as the hotels website states it should have been fixed almost a month ago, 2.15.25 and it is now 3.9.25. People in my party had lights out in bathrooms, doors that didn't function right, and even leaking water. Other things included food left in refrigerator in my room as well as no remote, easy enough fix. Water is not hot in the mornings so there is no hot showers!

Ok hotel

We had only 2 bath towels and to get another 2 was like pulling teeth. The room was ok, but I seen a lot nicer and cleaner hotels. The bed pillows were lumpy, they must be old. The bedroom needs remodeling. The floor was wet in the breakfast area, and I did not know, and there was not a wet floor notice, but I fell and landed on my knee. I’m pretty sore today.

The toilet kept running until the handle was jiggled, and then it would stop. Sink was plugged, and when water was used, it would drain very, very slowly, and hairs that were in the plugged drain floated up. My wife accidentally dropped ice cubes on the floor, which she picked up with a hand towel, which became dirty, showing carpet was very dirty. The flat sheets were put on top of the bed comforter, for some reason. This was done on both beds! The tv remote did not work properly.

Very poor service here, wont stay again

Got to the hotel only to be told they had no rooms available as their maid staff had left for the day and many rooms were not cleaned. Front desk clerk said she had been trying to eat her supper for 1.5 hours. Noone thought to call the ppl with reservations in a sold out town that didnt have a place to stay. We will never stay here. Poor service.

Decent room for business trip . I paid for my week upon check in then at checkout I had another $160 bill . I did extend one night for $160 when all my other nights were $59?? Didn’t refresh my room . I don’t ask for much but being overcharged and crappy housekeeping I’ll spend a bit more for way better service elsewhere .

I felt the rooms could have been cleaned much better. Stains on the floor, walls, and curtains, one bed was clean but one was not. Pool was closed. They don’t offer much of anything for breakfast. I liked the location of the hotel though. Close to the mall and nice restaurants.
