Open seasonally from May to October, Newly remodeled Blue Lake Pines suites are comfortable and cozy — perfect for family getaways or a romantic two-person escape. Because we are located on ten acres of grounds with 500 feet of frontage on crystal-clear Blue Lake, your stay will be both peaceful and eventful.

Fishing is a favorite pastime on 456-acre Blue Lake, where anglers find plenty of walleye, bass and jumbo perch to fill their stringers. Your stay in a lakeside suite is also a passport to swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sunbathing and boating, or nature walks through the quiet woods.

The suites are located within biking distance to the Bearskin Trail State Park which is a wonderful bicycle ride to Minocqua and beyond. We are also close to a wilderness experience for canoers and kayakers that is the Tomahawk River. Or, simply relax. Read that book you have been putting off; watch our resident eagles soar above the lake; or get reacquainted with your friends and family.

Our grounds boast plenty of perfect spots for family picnics and barbecues. If you are looking for an out-of-the-ordinary experience a place where you will instantly feel at home; travel to our corner of the Northwood’s.

All of our newly-remodeled lakeside suites are quiet, private and overlook beautiful Blue Lake, offering fantastic views. Each suite includes a full kitchenette, air conditioning / heat, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access and a telephone. Complimentary life jackets/canoes/kayaks/rowboats.

Great Spot

Beautiful little cabin on the lake, though it is a hike down to the lake. All around great spot on a beautiful lake. Nice and quiet. Very nice communal fire pit.

Great get away!

Being elderly it impossible to get down the hill. Disappointed that there was no one else there to talk to. Very well furnished excepted there is no chair for relaxing. Kitchen table & chairs were to high. All in all the unit met our needs. We would recommend it to our friends

Relaxing property, very quiet, great location

Our family had a great time. The boys fished every morning and evening and caught a lot of fish- they loved it. They also enjoyed playing in the loft while Dad and I enjoyed some quiet time by the fire.

This was a great rental for us on beautiful grounds. My son used the row boat on the lake The dock is beautiful to sit at the admire the view. Cabin was great, clean, spacious enough for 3 The pull out couch bed is uncomfortable. To be expected you can feel the bars on your back but the springs are not good. So pleased with our stay

Peaceful location!

The property was very peaceful and clean. The vintage theme of keeping it towards the original setting was very unique. There was one other couple there while we were there for 2 nights, then we were the only ones on the property. It was cold for the holiday weekend and was a little hard warming the bedroom up on the other side of the cottage. But very cozy themed cottage. Would have liked to have had more things to do on the property, maybe something set up in the lodge for the guests. I would definitely still consider staying here again!
