This contemporary beach house offers breathtaking ocean views to the north, south, and east. Enjoy the sea breezes, the sound of crashing waves, migrating whales, birdsong, and the stunning natural surroundings. With easy access to walking tracks and quiet beaches, you can explore the rock pools and headlands of Minnie Water.

Upstairs features fresh and spacious open-plan living areas, relaxing decks, a fully equipped kitchen, and a powder room. The lovely master bedroom, complete with an ensuite, boasts magnificent views of Solitary Island.

Downstairs, there's an additional family room for extra space. Bathroom with bathrub. The owners have thoughtfully designed this home to be a comfortable and welcoming retreat. Come and stay for a while!
