Was disappointed to find out on second day that our room was not cleaned nor clean towels brought in. I would have appreciated that information told to us when checking in. This was first experience in not having a room cleaned daily. It was explained when we stopped at front desk inquiring about getting fresh towels. We have stayed here multiple times but again, it would have been nice to have that explained when checking in or booking on-line. Things that have been the norm in the past seem to change more and more.

Everything was good except the small toilets throughout the facility. The toilet in the lobby bathroom is supposed to be handicap accessible but with that small of a toilet it is too small and too low. Missing countertop in the room it was particle board.

Love the updated room decor and shower. The black out shade is very decorative and perfect to keep out light. A/c fan only did not work. The 1 elevator that did work had cardboard covering the walls with duct tape...scary.

The hotel was in a nice location, clean even though they were remodeling, staff was very pleasant. When I arrived home, I realized I had forgotten 2 shirts I left hanging up. I called the hotel to see if they had found them When the gentleman told me there was nothing at the desk I asked if he could go check the room. He was reluctant to since the room had already been rented, but he did go ask the guests if he could check, which they allowed. He told me to send them a label, and they would mail back to me. I really appreciated him checking. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast buffet was ok - nothing out of the ordinary - cinnamon rolls very good Get to know how to use your rationale oven to its fullest sausage patties and links were overcooked and tough take out product unfrozen and then bake - scrambled eggs were perfect , but those omelets were rubber serving dishes weren't keeping the food hot- tongs and spoons needed to be placed outside the serving trays and keep the food hot - cold food and cereals were good didn't try the pancakes?
