First room's smoke detector was making constant beeping noise, second room bathroom ceiling rust coming through paint, tv was not working, it did not have working remote control, after 20 minutes I went to front desk, front desk clerk gave me additional remote control but that didn't work. I went back to front desk again, I asked the clerk to help me as the remotes wasn't working, he came to the room tried to work the remotes for 20 minutes or so, went got 6 more remotes tried to work the tv, he couldn't work, after 20 minutes of trying, he said he will give me a different room. He looked in the bathroom asked me if I used the room, I told him I did then he said he cannot give me another room. When I was checking out I asked if the manager can call me, the front desk lady said that she is an assistant manager asked me to tell her the reason for my request for manager to call, I told her then she said that the clerk the night before should change the room, she told me she will give the message for manager to call me. I have not heard back from him.

I had paid for a late checkout. Hotel staff obviously didn't inform the housekeeper who came knocking on my door asking me to leave at regular checkout time I explained to her that I paid for a late check out. She was rude like she didn't believe me and staff walked into my room twice when I had no clothes on

Staff was helpful and professional. Location convenient. Neighborhood not good. Police were dealing with people at the site twice during our stay. Walking distance to Culver’s and Taco Bell but suggest only walking during the day.

Staff and the overall cleanliness were really the only good things at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. As far as the stay, it was very subpar. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. You could smell a little bit of weed in the hallways. Did I have a good stay? For the most part, it was alright. Would I stay again? Probably not unfortunately

Called on my return to see if shuttle was coming. Lady that answered was very rude and told me I had to request it online. I was not told that when I was dropped off. Was just told where to go and thats where I will be picked up. She proceeded to ask for may information and i was giving her my nam and spelling it for her and she kept interuppting me asking for my first and last name. I will not use this hotel nor the shuttle servive again!
