WE LEFT THE OUR LIGHTS ON IN OUR TRUCK OVER NIGHT FOUND DEAD BATTERY IN MORNING ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS HAD JUMPER CABLES AND GAVE US A JUMP THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

COLD!!!! The heating was entirely inadequate. I called to ask for maintenance to check. I think the fact that they use heat pumps (good for the environment) which are not always great in very cold weather. The room was consistently cold and the system was on full time (LOUD!) I also found the place depressing. I think it was maybe 5% occupied. The common space has a restaurant that was almost always empty. I won't stay again and recommend a big NO WAY!

Nice TVs. Very small pillows. There were 4 of them but they were flat and the size of a textbook. The "restaurant" was never open as advertised, the "market" was out of everything, and the folks in the march were coming in and out all stay. The workers had to be found when something was needed as they were always in the "back."

We incurred a fee for checking in at noon due to an early check-in policy. Unfortunately, this information is not mentioned on the hotel’s website nor was it communicated during the booking process. While our overall stay and experience were great, we felt it was important to share this feedback, as these unexpected fees add additional costs that guests should be made aware of in advance.
