We came in late so just needed somewhere to put our heads down. Beds weren't great but it was clean. It served it's purpose at a low price.

What went well: Staff went above and beyond for me: 1) waiving parking fees due to my having a longer stay; 2) when I extended my stay through Expedia, they had already assigned me the same room so I didn't have to vacate and check back in - very helpful! Thank you! What could be better: 1) the television guide on the TV doesn't always match what is shown. For instance, Fox Channel is really almost always Fox Business. 2) I was not supplied with hand towels and wash cloths one time when my room was cleaned. I had to go to Housekeeping to get them.

Rude from deak night guy names kris

So on monday feb 3rd we came back to hotel from work an front desk guy kris came up an followed me to my room saying there was complaints about our service animal barking .. i apologized then he proceeds to asked who let him in an i said manager larry .. he is a SERVICE ANIMAL AN WE HAVE PROOF AN ITS ILLEAGEL TO ASK QUESTIONS .. I SAID WE JUST GOT BACK FROM WORK ..but all weekend long it was loud an neighbors banging on the walls all night .. we didnt complain about that .. but if this keeps up an about questions about the service animal ill will call the ADA .. he was super snotty an rude an when i was rude back he said an i quote .DONT U TALK TO ME LIKE THAT ... I HAVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE SOO RUDE IN ALL.MY LIFE .. i have paid good money to stay here to be treated soo horrible from him

We were not impressed at all with this hotel! We had to pay extra to park in the parking lot. The AC didn’t work in our room. There was hair in the tub and the breakfast……what breakfast?? Waffles and cereal was all you got! Definitely won’t stay there again!

It has been remodeled a while ago, seems clean just worn. The room had a plugin air freshener that was way, way overwhelming. They charge for parking but it doesn't show on the Expedia listing. Overall would not stay again due to the excessive use of air fresheners.
