During the holiday season, it’s easy to forget how much people around us may be carrying. Many guests are navigating stress, uncertainty, and challenges we can’t see—and that’s exactly why kindness and patience matter so much.
I want to specifically recognize TK, the front desk auditor. He did an excellent job enforcing hotel policies professionally and fairly, while still leading with compassion, patience, and respect. That balance is not easy, especially during a busy and emotionally charged time of year, but TK handled it with genuine care.
Because of his calm demeanor and thoughtful approach, my stay at Prime Rate was made significantly better. Experiences like this remind me that hospitality isn’t just about rooms and rates—it’s about how people are treated. TK is someone who clearly understands that, and it shows.
