Tried to downgrade me to a queen bed when I had paid for a king. Room smelled like cigarettes. Had to pay for internet. No reminder about my free breakfast. Had to walk a half mile to get my car when we paid for valet. No extra blankets. Room was so hot and AC would not cool it down. We ended up leaving at 3am because we were so uncomfortable.

MARRIOTT AND STAFF.

The staff was phenomenal, going above and beyond. Really loved the night bartenders, especially Stacy Kelly and Krystal. Vance on the late night shift was amaizing. The security and the bellhop on both shifts were so kind and helped us with everything. The gentleman Julius at the front desk monday night around midnight was great and so much fun. Thank you to all the staff, you we're all amazing and made our anniversary 100× better thank you. We give a special thanks to the door greeter that we saw the few days we were there. Also those lounge ladies were on point. Only downside was parking and we already piad for the room and got charged doulble. But the staff was AMAZING Thank you all did to make sure me and my wife's anniversary was awesome. Ps. None of the staff new that it was our anniversary, i could only imagine if they knew.

Difficult to find the registration desk, (on the 5th floor), needed to take 3 elevators and long walks from parking to the room. No breakfast included, and a long wait at the resturant for a simple sandwich to eat in the room. Short on supplies; no conditioner in the shower, no microwave, only 2 sets of towels. Air conditioner turned on in middle of the night; woke up cold.

We were in the 20+ floor with a great view. The 2 double bed room was spacious with a clean bathroom. It was a weekday in June and the temperature was in the mid 50s and even though there were a lot of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, you still had to walk at least 5 minutes to get to one. The valet parking was about $50 per day. The staff was excellent.
