Go for the pool

The pool is excellent. The rooms seemed old and depressing, lots of gray dingy carpets. Elevator was dirty. Sink was clogged and we lost power in the bathroom. It wasn’t the greatest but it was ok

We reserved two rooms- they were adjoining one the teens stayed in the other adults. At 12:30 pm the teen room lost electricity. Hotel switched rooms for my teens but never made the adults aware of it! When I woke at 2:30 in the morning and went the front desk staff was unconcerned.

Not what I expected.

The lobby in this hotel is very nice, the rest of the building, not so much. strange, loose, stained ceiling tiles in the hall. One hallway smelled of weed. Our first room reeked of mold and that wing of the hotel felt humid and murky. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room on an upper floor. It was fine, clean and nice bathroom.

Hotel is in a very good location for shopping. Shuttle service was prompt when requested. Hotel is a convention center as well. Active all times of the day and night. Very clean but needs updating. Staff is very courteous and professional. Would recommend. Rooms are very quiet.

You can hear every person going by in the hallways and the music, TV, and conversations in the rooms next door. Unfortunately that woke us up repeatedly even at 3:00 am.

Great customer service! Truly was blown away by the help and support from staff. From asking for cookies to brining up a fan and an extra blanket for me! Only thing that kinda blowed was the fact there were a group of kids at a soccer meet and from the top of morning until 2 am were running around the halls making noise

We reserved double beds but they were out when we checked in. So they gave us a king room which was ok. They assigned us one room and the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front desk. And they issued us keys for another room and never said why the first one didn't work. They seemed very unorganized. The hotel and room as ok but that was it.
