It was fine. Good place to sleep at reasonable cost. Good quick trip to areas of St. Paul. We went to Hmong market and State Capitol (for example). Like 10 minutes or something? Area appeared to be safe enough? Breakfast was pretty good for starting the day. We got what we wanted. A place to sleep comfortably so could enjoy the next days events in the area. Im not sure why it requires a picture?

Staff was helpful when needed. Evening check-in gentleman was very friendly while the morning check out gentleman was more stoic but still helpful. I get the vibe this location is a bit older. Towels and bedding appears to be a bit older and used but upon inspection looks clean and not stained. This property met all my needs for 1 night of travel without anything extra and that's fine. The folks in the parking lot gave off "don't mess with me" vibes" but no issues arose. I am not terribly concerned about my own safety as I travel with scary looking dogs, lol. I did like that 3M was right across the street so I was able ot walk my dogs on a lot of grass and a pathway.

My fridge didn’t have a knob for me to turn the handle to decrease the temp. The receptionist had to come and use a screw on it. The blinds do nothing to keep the lights out so if you sleep in the daytime, bring a sleep mask. The breakfast “buffet” is the usual eggs, sausage, cereal, bagel and muffins. Typical hotel meals. 3/5 stars. Wasn’t bad…wasn’t great.

The check in process was very efficient and the desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Our room needed some work. The sink and tub drains drained very slowly. The mattresses were somewhat saggy and the frames were very squeaky/noisy with every movement during sleep. We were there for three days and had no housekeeping visits therefore not even having clean and dry towels.

I stay at this hotel a couple times a year. It’s nice and quiet and as a single woman, I feel safe staying by myself. Ive never had any issues; hotel is clean, staff helpful and professional. My most recent stay I even noticed they have new towels; soft and cozy!

I booked for 3 days. My room was cleaned the first day but not the second. I asked for more towels on Sunday and was told there were none available because it was a busy check out day and housekeeping didn't have time to do towels. It s ridiculous for a hotel to not have towels. I had another reservation for May at this hotel. I have since cancelled and changed to a different hotel.
