There were problems with the shuttle to MOA. We had to wait 50 minutes in 90 degrees heat when we were told it would be 20 minutes. The rest was fine.

During check in everything seemed to be perfect until one of the receptionist leaned over to the associate helping me and said “you can’t give them that room, I’ve been saving it all day” the gentleman noticed and said something along the lines of “ you could’ve told the customer yourself” I was literally in front of them she said “give her this room, it’s much better” and include free parking, well the gentleman didn’t give me free parking we still had to pay for it. It was a weird and a little unprofessional. It could’ve been done a little more privately.

Check in was easy. Two of the 3 elevators were not working on the first day of my stay. The second day they were able to get a second elevator working. The 3rd elevator was down the whole time.
