They gave my room away they said there where giving half off for the first night I should have that night free i came in late tired kids 10 hrs and my room gone I didn’t appreciate that at all
Very spacious and comfortable room, clean, well stocked with toiletry items and such as well as an excellent view of the stadium and surrounding buildings. Delicious complementary breakfast, many dishes and choices to choose from with hot and cold food available. One slight downside I have to say of the experience was the $30 parking. There was a public parking across the street for less than $12 a day but depending on how long you stay it might work better paying the $30. In any case, the price seemed a bit high seeing I am staying at the hotel, not just using the parking lot exclusively. Given all the amenities, views and availability with dining options you’re still getting amazing value for the price. Will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you for the great service and help making this trip go smoothly!
Great stay, have stayed here many times over the past 8 years. Always very friendly staff and clean hotel. I like that there is a parking garage on site and free breakfast. The rooms are showing wear, from pictures on the walls, the furniture and carpeting. I would definitely recommend this hotel but it needs some care and maintenance.
The suite room was very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 parents and 2 teenagers. Lots of room to be comfortable. Pool and fitness room also good.
The room I booked and prepaid for wasn't clean when I arrived at 400 although check in is at 3. Very disappointing start. Wasn't given a choice to wait for the room to be cleaned they instead switched my booking to two rooms next to eachother. Really not at all what I wanted. Hard to spend family time together across two separate rooms. The room being a little grimy and one of the lights burning out during my stay added insult to Injury
Hotel stay was wonderful. We liked the spacious rooms, hot tubs, pool, and continental breakfast. Wished the breakfast was a little later than ending at 9, but wasn’t a huge inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.
i paid when i got there for two nights and my deposit. they lost my card on file and i had to have it put back on (at first almost charged me full amount of room and deposit again). just made me pay a cent literally to put it on file. next morning i wake up to a random charge from them (more than one hundred dollars mind you) asked what it was and all the lady said was the guy helping me at checkout was supposed to mention it and i have to wait 3-10 days for it to go back on my card. in their words “an authorization fee” why are they running my card in general without my knowledge?? also THEY lost my card on file i shouldn’t have to pay an authorization fee for that. went to checkout and im met with i still owe over five hundred dollars again as an “authorization fee” LIKE WHAT?!?! that’s 1400$ for a two night stay that they took from me and now im supposed to wait 3-10 business days for the 900$ they owe me for “authorization” that they can’t do anything about. be careful people and have money money. i honestly don’t know what would have happened if i didn’t have the money to cover all they EXTRA charges.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was huge (we had a corner suite) and clean. I'm picky about cleanliness and this was well above average. The front desk staff was pleasant. We did not hear other guests even though there were lots of teenagers!
However - breakfast - subpar. Free hotel breakfast is never amazing but this was not good. The parking was a nightmare. Our ticket never worked to get out/in until we left when our stay ended, despite talking to the front desk 4 times. They did comp one of our $30/day charges when we checked out. My husband also got stuck in the elevator for an hour. They didn't have a maintenance person available so they had to call the fire dept. We laughed about it but were thankful he isn't claustrophobic! After that - we tried to take the stairs to avoid getting stuck again. There was a hallway right next to our room labeled stairs, but it was just a hallway with no stairs. Nobody even apologized for him getting stuck until we checked out. None of these things on their own is a huge deal - but there are enough choices we will stay somewhere else next time. I would say this hotel was not up to Hyatt standards.
