They took my money and didnt let me check in. So im out of $143.00... then they tell me i need 250 for a deposit 🙄 i said i have to go put the money on my card I will be back. So he knew i was leaving to add money to my debit card i got back handed him my id and cash app card then he said they dont take cash app...that is ridiculous. If hecwould have told me it was 250 for a deposit or non refundable i most definitely will would not Have even tried to check in there. That was horrible customer service and i feel like he was prejudice. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody and dont use expedia they wouldnt refund because the hotel

We moved here from another nearby hotel that was awful. This hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, had all amenities and all were working. The breakfast included was a large buffet with lots of options and was very good. The gym and pool/hot tubs were also amazing. It was connected to the skyway walkway which was super convenient for getting to the convention center. And, it was cheaper than the awful hotel we left. 100% will stay here again!
